How booking a Cape Town airport shuttle works
Send us your date, time and addresses, and tell us whether it's one way or a return. The quote form has room for your flight number if you have it, plus the number of passengers and how much luggage you're bringing. Rough details are fine; we confirm everything with you.
We quote every trip by hand and reply within 24 hours. Pre-booking is preferred to guarantee availability and ensure the smoothest possible Cape Town Airport shuttle experience, so the earlier you ask, the better.
CPT airport transfers, day and night
Flights land and leave at all hours, so we run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's a 5 am departure on a domestic flight or a late international arrival, CPT airport transfers are planned around your times, not around office hours.
If you need a 24 hour airport shuttle in Cape Town, the one thing to do is book ahead, especially for trips in the small hours. That way a vehicle and driver are kept free for you.
Leaving Cape Town: departures
For a departure, give us your flight time as well as the pick-up address, and we'll agree a pick-up time with you that leaves room for check-in. Morning and evening traffic on the N1 and N2 can be heavy, so we would rather build in extra time than rush you.
Arriving in Cape Town
For an arrival, send your landing time, your flight number if you have it, and where you're staying. A hotel in the city, a guest house in the Winelands or family in the Northern Suburbs: we take you and your luggage straight there in one trip.
Booking both ways? Tick Return trip on the form and add the date and time of your flight home, so the whole journey is in one request.
Airport shuttle from the Northern Suburbs and beyond
The Northern Suburbs are home ground for us. We run airport shuttles from Parow, Bellville, Goodwood, Durbanville, Tygervalley, Brackenfell and Kuils River, as well as from the city centre, the Atlantic seaboard and the southern suburbs.
Staying further out? We also do airport transfers to Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek and Somerset West, and up the West Coast to Langebaan. See all the areas we serve, or book a private transfer for trips that don't involve the airport.
Airport shuttles for families and groups
Our vehicles carry from 7 to 23 passengers, plus the driver, so a family, a sports team or a group of colleagues can travel together in one vehicle. For bigger groups we arrange 35, 40 and 60 seaters on request.
Every vehicle has aircon, WiFi and phone charging, and every one can pull a trailer. If you're bringing surfboards, golf bags, sports kit or simply a lot of suitcases, ask for a trailer on the quote form. Our fleet page shows each vehicle.
What to tell us when you book
The more we know, the better we can match the vehicle to your trip.
- Your flight date and time, and the flight number if you have it
- The address you're travelling from or to
- How many people are travelling, children included
- How much luggage you have, and anything bulky
- Whether you need the return trip too
- Any requests, such as a child seat or wheelchair access, so we can tell you what we can arrange
Who drives you
Your driver is vetted, licensed and professional, and knows the local roads. We hold charter and tourist operating licences, and every vehicle carries passenger liability cover. Miraaj is a husband-and-wife business, and our family name is on every vehicle that collects you.
One customer wrote on Google that their driver dropped them right at their doorstep, for their safety, without being asked. That is the kind of trip we aim for.
