For groups of up to 23, a minibus or a small bus is usually the right size. Our minibus hire with driver covers five vehicles of our own, all shown on the fleet page:

22 and 23 seater bus hire
For a group of 14 to 23, ask for 22 seater bus hire in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or 23 seater bus hire in the Toyota Coaster. They suit sports teams, church and community groups, wedding guests, staff outings and tour groups.
Smaller groups: the Hyundai H1 and Honda BR-V
Not every group needs a bus. For up to nine people, the Hyundai H1 is a roomy people carrier, and the Honda BR-V suits up to seven. Both come with a driver and the same aircon, WiFi and phone charging as the bigger vehicles.
Sports teams and clubs
Club and school teams travelling to fixtures need room for players, coaches and kit. A Sprinter or Coaster carries the squad, and a trailer takes the bags, so the whole team travels together.

Coach hire in Cape Town for 35, 40 or 60
For bigger groups we arrange coach hire in Cape Town on request, with 35, 40 and 60 seaters. That suits a whole school grade, a large wedding party, a congregation, a conference group or a sports club with its supporters. Tell us how many are travelling, where and when, and we'll include the right size in your quote.
Choosing the right size
Count everyone who is travelling, including children, teachers, coaches or helpers, and then think about bags. If your group is close to a vehicle's limit and bringing a lot of luggage, ask for a trailer or go one size up. Remember that the seat numbers are for passengers; the driver has a seat of their own.
What every vehicle has
Aircon, WiFi and phone charging come as standard in our own vehicles, and each one can pull a trailer for luggage, sports kit or bulky items. Drivers are vetted, licensed and professional, and know the local roads.
Transfers or day hire
There are two ways to hire. A transfer takes your group from A to B, one way or return. A day charter gives you the vehicle and driver for a set number of hours, roughly 4, 6, 8, or 10 and more, so you can stop at several places along the way. Group transport for days out and events
Group transport makes sense for day tours, weddings and events, sports fixtures, church and community outings, and conferences.
We travel across the Western Cape, the Cape Peninsula and the West Coast, so a group trip to Langebaan, Hermanus or the Winelands is as easy to arrange as a run across town, and the WiFi and phone charging help on the longer drives.
