Wedding guest transport
A typical wedding-day plan collects guests from a hotel or meeting point, takes them to the ceremony, on to the reception, and back again at the end of the night.
Many Western Cape weddings are held on wine farms in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl, or at venues out on the West Coast, a long way to drive after a celebration. We run 24 hours a day, so a late finish fits our hours.
Wedding venues we travel to
We travel to wedding venues across the Western Cape: wine estates in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl and Durbanville, country venues in the Winelands, and beach and garden venues on the West Coast and around the Peninsula. If your venue is down a farm road, tell us, and we'll plan the right vehicle for it.
Planning your wedding shuttle in Cape Town
Use the Several trips option on the quote form to add each run in order: hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception, reception back to the hotel. Each new trip starts on the same day, from where the last one ended, so the plan comes together quickly.
Tell us how many guests and the times, and we'll suggest the right vehicles. Wedding dates fill up, so book ahead: pre-booking is preferred to guarantee availability.
What to send us
The more detail you give, the better the plan. Include:
- The wedding date
- The hotel or meeting point, the ceremony venue and the reception venue
- The time of the ceremony and roughly when the evening ends
- How many guests need transport, and on which runs
- A contact person for the day, other than the couple
Guests flying in
Guests flying in for the wedding can be collected at Cape Town International Airport and taken to their accommodation, then picked up again for the flight home. Add these runs to the same request, so the whole weekend is planned together.
Getting guests home
The trip home matters as much as the trip there. A shuttle at the end of the evening lets guests enjoy the celebration and get back to their hotel without driving. You can book more than one return run, for example one for early leavers and one at the end of the night.

For conferences, launches, concerts and matches, an event shuttle in Cape Town keeps your guests together and off the roads. We can quote for shuttles between hotels, a parking area and the venue, at the times you set.
A shuttle from a central meeting point to an outdoor festival, a market or a sports day saves everyone from hunting for parking, and gets your group home together at the end.

Engagements, nikahs, christenings, anniversaries and family reunions are family occasions too, and we're glad to drive for them, so the older relatives and the youngest ones can travel together.

For a birthday, an anniversary, a matric dance or a year-end party, function transport means everyone gets there and home again without anyone having to drive.
Team days, staff outings and family reunions are easier when everyone travels together too. With a day charter you have a vehicle and driver for 4, 6, 8, or 10 and more hours, and you choose the stops: a wine farm, the beach, a picnic at Kirstenbosch or a day on the West Coast. Vehicles for your guest list
Our own vehicles take 7 to 23 passengers each, from the Honda BR-V for close family to the Toyota Coaster for a busload of guests. For bigger guest lists we arrange 35, 40 and 60 seaters on request; see bus hire.
All our vehicles have aircon, so guests can travel in their best clothes in comfort, plus WiFi and phone charging.
